What are the payment terms?

You can pay via debit, credit card or internet banking. UPI, EMI and COD are also available.

How can I track my order?

After placing the order you will get your own order dashboard. From there you can track your order. You'll also receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

Max how many products can I order at one go?

There is no such limit. You can add as much items you want at one go.

How can I save my wishlist? 

Just click on the 'Heart'sign on the particular saree. Your wishlist is auto-saved. Don't forget to log in to your account before you create your wishlist.

Delivery attempted but I was not there. What to do next? 

The product is kept with the delivery partner himself. Normally the same delivery is attempted for the next two days. You can take the product by contacting to the delibvery partner meanwhile. Or you can drop us a mail regarding the same. Our team will contact you ASAP.

Does Reshamsuti offers COD (Cash on Delivery)? 

Yes COD is accepted for national payments.

Order status shows 'Delivered' but not yet received. What to do? 

Nothing to worry. This normally does not happen often. In such case please reach us via email. We will get in touch ASAP. Meanwhile, please check with your nehibours or security guard if they have accepted the order.

What if it shows 'Payment Failed' and the amount is still debited from my account?

In that case, there is nothing to worry. In case the payment is failed and the order is not placed, the debited amount will automatically credited to your account from the bank's side as the debited is kept to the bank only.

Yes it can be different. You can choose your billing address and shipping address of different places within the country.

Can I pay in EMI or Pay Later service?
